BIOWAYS and BIOVOICES projects will host a session during the upcoming “Green Day” of the GLOBSEC 2018 conference, which is organised in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic. The GLOBSEC 2018 Bratislava Forum will take place in Bratislava on 17 – 19 May 2018.

The “Green Day” part will be held on the 18th of May in the morning under the heading of “Transition to Green Economy”.

The Forum will once again offer a multi-lensed perspective on the variety of political, security, technological and economic challenges which must be overcome to adapt our societies to the future and strive for their sustainability. Information and technological revolutions combined with the boom of social media are already today transforming the world as we know it.

The unprecedented speed of a system-wide transformation requires quick understanding of the changing environment and continuous innovation. This series of discussions will gather stakeholders from businesses across sectors who will address the hot-button issues facing businesses all around the globe including the issue of innovation versus regulation, climate and energy and artificial intelligence.
